Eastern Storage Equipment (ESE) is one of the leading independent regional and national manufacturers, suppliers, installers and distributors of commercial storage equipment, business mail order, industrial spatial solutions and cloakroom equipment.

Formed in January 1975 by Brian Francis, ESE originally operated from a summerhouse in a garden just outside Norwich. Rapid expansion led to a number of moves, culminating in a final move to our current headquarters in Northumberland Street, Norwich. Now under the management of Brian's eldest son, Simon, ESE remains a relaxed, friendly, customer focused business and it is from this location that we service our extensive, loyal and extremely varied customer base throughout the whole of the U.K. (apologies to our European and International friends, but we are afraid we do not currently export).

ESE currently has three primary divisions:

1) The Products Division supplies and delivers in excess of 20,000 products via a comprehensive free catalogue and dedicated online store. We are primarily a "business-to-business" supplier and supply to the UK only, regularly processing orders from just a few pounds to tens of thousands of pounds.

2) The Projects Division, since 1983, has been designing, supplying and installing an enormous variety of interesting and challenging refurbishment contracts for offices, warehouses, factories, leisure facilities, retail premises, trade counters and stores. Using the latest computer-aided design and manufacturers costing/estimating software packages, the Projects Division will recommend cost-effective, ergonomic and practical solutions to suit your requirements and budget whether it is a few hundred pounds or several hundreds of thousands of pounds.

We have extensive knowledge of office and commercial partitioning, shelving, racking, mezzanine floors and trade counters, working on sites as a stand alone contractor, as part of a team of contractors and even as a principal contractor when the need arises and we would welcome the opportunity to discuss your requirements.

3) The Vers-a-bench Division, since 1990, has specialised in the design and manufacture of cloakroom seating and garment hanging systems to suit the leisure, education, health and business markets. We manufacture nine unique ranges each with many varying options. We are confident we can provide strong and competitive solutions to meet your needs. If, however, our standard products are not perfect for you, we will design and manufacture a cost effective bespoke system to suit your exact requirements.

We have our own in-house IT department and fully integrated ICT and e-business systems that are being continually developed to ensure we provide you, the customer, with the best before - during - after sales service possible.
